Mr. Leder focuses on serious personal injury matters involving motor vehicle accidents, truck accidents, construction site accidents, including scaffolding and ladder falls, trip and fall accidents, stairways, other premises accidents, dog attacks, nursing home neglect/abuse, as well as all types of municipal claims arising through the negligence of the City of New York, the New York City Transit Authority, and other municipal entities. He has also represented employees in employment-related matters including discrimination and sexual harassment claims.

Mr. Leder is admitted to practice law in New York State and Federal Courts and is an active member of both the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, New York State Bar Association and the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers. He has cases in all NYC counties, Long Island and upstate.
William Leder earned his law degree from St. John’s University School of Law in 1997, where he graduated with Dean’s List Honors. While at St. John’s School of Law, he was president of the Labor and Employment Law Society and is published in the Labor Law Journal. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Hobart College in 1988. Prior to law school, Mr. Leder worked as a union organizer in the central and southwest states.
